1. Eligibility

The Final Four Trip Giveaway Presented by Good Eat’n (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Good Eat’n and subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, and advertising or promotional agencies or individuals involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the Giveaway and the immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or win. “Immediate family members” shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. “Household members” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not. In order to enter the Giveaway or receive the prize, you must fully comply with Official Rules and, by entering, you represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions shall be binding and final in all respects relating to this Giveaway.

The Giveaway begins on March 3rd, 2025 at 12:01 p.m. Eastern Time (“”) and ends on March 31st, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Giveaway Submission Period Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

During the Giveaway Period you can enter online at www.snackmadness.com by providing the required information. You are not required to purchase a Good Eat’n bag or enter a Good Eat’n package Entry Number to enter. After you provide all the required information you will receive one (1) entry into the . Limit one (1) entry per person per code during the Giveaway Submission Period. Entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant will be disqualified. Use of any automated system to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. Winner Selection

On or about April 1st 2025, Sponsor or an independent judging agency will select one (1) entry for the grand prize described below in a random drawing of all valid entries received. The selected entrant will be connected using the entry details provided with entry and may be awarded the prize (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these ). Sponsor’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Giveaway and the selection of the potential winners is final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Failure to respond to the initial announcement within 24 hours of notification will result in disqualification. Odds

7. Verification of Potential Winner

Potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements of the Official Rules. The potential winner may be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within 24 hours of the date notice is sent, an affidavit of eligibility, and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) in order to claim prize if applicable. If a potential winner of any prize cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the required time period or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. In the event that a potential winner of a prize is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing.

One (1) grand prize will be awarded. Grand prize winner will receive a trip for winner and one (1) guest to San Antonio, TX to watch the Final Four games on April 5, 2025 (the “Trip”). Trip includes transportation to/from the winner's home to San Antonio hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at a four star hotel selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room/double occupancy) in San , two seats at Alamodome to the Final Four on April 5, 2025 and check for $650 to cover miscellaneous expenses (i.e ground transportation and meals). Winner must commence the trip on April 4, 2025. If winner is unable to travel on the required dates the prize will be forfeited and no other compensation will be provided. If winner lives within 200 miles of San Antonio, TX ground transportation may be provided instead of air transportation All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, baggage fees, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses or incidentals are the responsibility of winner. Travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Travel companion will be required to sign a release before going on the trip. Approximate retail value of the prize is $4,000. No warranty or guarantee will be given by Sponsor with respect to the prize. Any and all guarantees and warranties are subject to the or service provider’s terms and conditions, and the winner agrees to look solely to such entity for any such warranty or guarantee claim. Sponsor is not responsible if Final Four is postponed, or cancelled after ticketing of grand prize for any reason, in whole or in part. In that event, winner will receive remainder of the prize. No compensation will be paid in lieu of Final Four portion of grand prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Prize is non-transferable, unless the Sponsor consents in writing to allow the prize to be transferred. No substitution, cash redemption, assignment or transfer of prize permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, related to a prize are the responsibility of the individual winner.

9. Entry Conditions and Release

By entering, each participant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Giveaway; (b) release and hold harmless the Sponsor and parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers, and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Giveaway, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
